I had a full (and honestly hectic) day at Methodist yesterday—mammogram, diagnostic ultrasound, oncology follow-up, and lab work for another provider in the Smith Tower and Outpatient Center. Even with how busy everything was, the experience stood out in the best way. When I first went down to the lab, they were clearly backed up, but Becky Woods greeted me with kindness and professionalism.
