Extremely Disappointing Experience at Houston Methodist Houston Methodist may be highly ranked, but after my experience here, I honestly have to question how much that ranking means when the actual patient experience is this poor. Houston Methodist Hospital the most HORRIBLE HOSPITAL SERVICES EVER!!! I was transferred to the new building Walt 18. I were abandoned and NURSE left me alone from 12:00a.m. to 6:00 a.m. I had monitor hooked on me so I had to take them off because I had to go to restroom. The buzzer was going off and NURSE lights were blinking. No nurse until shift change. She pops up like a good rested individual. N-E-V-E-R N-E-V-E-R will I go there for any type of medical care. Yesterday, I visited Houston Methodist Hospital at 6565 Fannin Street as a mobile notary to assist a client with signing documents. The client provided complete directions, and the entire visit was smooth and well organized. I parked on Level 5 of the Smith Tower parking garage in the pink section. The signs and directions throughout the facility were clear and easy to follow.
