Horrible experience. Left waiting for hours with chest pain and history of heart attack and stroke. I think they mean well but delivery is substandard. I'm literally moving from Houston to get better cardiovascular health care. I used to work in the healthcare industry. I know better. Calls to their customer service number are useless.
La verdad, un 10 de 10, excelente servicio por parte de los enfermeros, doctores y asistentes y también de la seguridad. Trata muy bien a los pacientes, comida medicina tuve a mi compañera de hogar internada tres días, pero fue un trato excelente le dan su propio cuarto con TV baño privado todo excelente. Si tocaría recomendar este hospital sería el único que recomendaría en Houston Texas. Ven y interna tu paciente todo salió de maravilla
I am deeply disappointed by the way my elderly friend was treated during his recent hospitalization. My friend, an 80-year-old patient who had been admitted with pulmonary edema and severe heart failure, expressed serious concerns that he was not physically ready to be discharged. Had PT scheduled today at the Pearland Methodist facility after having a recent health setback and having had to cancel my last several appointments. PT therapist( who was 7 minutes late for my appointment)stated that he didn't think PT was "gonna work for me" so I got up and walked out. Called Methodist guest relations and couldn't hear the Methodist agent clearly then ,after saying so,she pretended not to hear me. Very disappointed in Methodist. I am a patient in The Methodist Hospital Cypress Campus in the ER. I arrived at 4pm today because of internal bleeding that showed up when sitting on the toilet and turning the bowl red. This has been happening for three days and my gastrointestinal doc urged that I go to the ER at Methodist. They did a CT and the ER doc said they wanted to admit me and do a colonoscopy tomorrow.
