Was at the methodist emergency center staff was amazing the treat me with first class service was tehir for kidneys and a very bad infection i been to many hospitals out of state and i have to say the methodist hospital was hands down the best keep up your amazing services to your patients thank you

We traveled from Florida for my daughter’s surgery (2nd one in 2 years) and can’t say enough about this hospital. From pre-op, post op and the team on her floor the level of care and sincere interest in her health was evident. The facility is beautiful with everything the family also needs while the patient is in the hospital. I stayed in the room with my daughter and they were kind to me as well. I've been in the er since 11am yesterday 5-4-2026. With my husband and it took 6 hours to finally take a ct scan, 2 his later we're told by the er dr, the admitted. But there are no rooms. Here it is 3am and still waiting on a room. This is complete non sense. Memorial Hermann is 10 *** better.

There’s a “social worker” here name Mogan and today she did everything in her power to make me feel uncomfortable. I asked to use her work phone to make a call and she told me “you don’t need to touch the phone I can put it on speaker so for you to use the microphone”. This lady didn’t want to help me and my daughter she was very nonchalant about my situation and basically told me to figure it out on my own and get over it.
