As a physician who works in the medical center, I am appalled at how poorly the doctors and providers communicate with the patient and family. My husband was admitted with encephalopathy and it’s documented in the HPI that history was obtained from his wife at bedside, which was false. This means that LTC holder can not enter this facility. For Constitutional Carry, the sign does not apply. The security staff and the cops did not know the difference at all.

I have enjoyed our doctor there but I just attempted to schedule a virtual visit and was ushered in the twelve levels of hell. What a mess. "Yes, you can schedule a visit so pay $40. Wait, no! You can't have a virtual visit. Oh wait, okay, we'll let you have a virtual visit." In the meantime, I had closed my connection and you needed an engineering degree to figure out what to do next. Horrible, horrible customer service and I'm out $40. Go somewhere else.
