Would give lower if I could. My child was born at one of the hospitals in this system several years ago. I requested access to their mychart several times, in my chart, and only in the last couple of months, did they finally send me a form to fill out. Once the form has been filled out it has been several weeks and I still do not have access. No emails, no updates, nothing...apparently this institution has priorities other than patient care to handle.
Terrible ER! If I could give zero stars I would. Left in Hallway for 7 hours, gave IV and took blood- IN THE HALLWAY-while people coming and going in front of elevator! Left me in a chair- didn’t offer me a cot! No one checking on me for hours while on IV antibiotics! Finally admitted to a room, didn’t see a doctor for the next 24 hours. When doctor finally showed up, didn’t even exam me! Will not come back to Methodist!
