I went into this facility Monday late afternoon for strong pains going from my shoulder down my right arm (which I'd never experience before). At age 49 I was concerned this may be a sign of a heart issue and went in as precaution. I told the front desk what my concern was, they checked me in and I was called to the back. Had severe abdominal pain 9/10, came in a couple weeks ago around 2 pm. Entered ER and hardly waited before being seen by nurse and given pain medication after ct scan. The team contacted my urologist and i was out by 5:30pm. Fast, efficient and professional. Assessed, Pain controlled, Given options for treatment. Definetly recommend.

The nurse that did my intake did not submit the symptoms I was having. She said my right leg hurt and my lower back. So never said that to her. She did not check me out or listen well at all. Therefore I was seen for the wrong reasons. I had an ultrasound done on my leg and I told her it was my right foot and my ankle area. No injury just a huge swollen ball on the back of my ankle that no one took a look at not even once. The nurse Sunshine gave me the worst IV I’ve ever had.
