The nurse that did my intake did not submit the symptoms I was having. She said my right leg hurt and my lower back. So never said that to her. She did not check me out or listen well at all. Therefore I was seen for the wrong reasons. I had an ultrasound done on my leg and I told her it was my right foot and my ankle area. Worst experience of my life… went in for a vehicle accident while being seen, the x-ray tech unlocked by bed and put the left rail down to complete the x-ray once done she stepped out the room and when she came back two hours later after the nurse gave me tramadol for the pain, she returned to get more x-rays and woke me up and asked me to roll over to the left side, as I reached for the left rail with my right hand I fell out of the bed due to negligence of the tech not locking the bed and leaving the bed rails down when sh... read more

I came in with back pain from a work related injury. Dr.Ziebell, Myla, and Yasmina were amazing! Excellent bedside manner. They listened to my concerns. I left extremely satisfied with my care.

This is the BEST emergency room I’ve been to!! Everyone was so friendly and nice!! No wait time, took me right in!! Highly recommended!!
