My wife had a bicycle accident - the staff and treatment here were exceptional and very quick.
A horrible experience I when there because it always seems empty and didn’t want to go to a bigger hospital. In fact I got there and none was in the waiting room except for me, waited to be seen by the medical staff despite of my symptoms explained to the front desk and no one ever came after waiting for over 45 minutes. I ended up leaving to go to memorial hospital and was seen right away after I explained what my symptoms were. I’m hospitalized now due to the severity of my condition. Not going to get into long details, but they have clinical management, specifically the Facility Manager, Mary. Their fees and billing are also outrageous amongst other things. Save your coins and either go to an Urgent Care or pay your buck at a different ER. This is a Methodist facility so I’m disappointed. If in Pearland area, go to Silverlake ER. I was taken there by my sigificant other two nights ago with severe chest pains. I told the receptionist that I thought I was having a heart attack and was told to sit in the waiting room because they didn't have a room for me. I then left and went to the memorial herman hospital up the road where they had EKG stickers on my chest within one minute of my arrival. Then soon after they took blood samples to check heart enzymes and did chest x rays. Turns out it wasn't heart attack. If it was, I could have died at methodist ER.... read more
Took my significant other in with chest pain. Possible heart attack. Was told no room in back take a seat in (almost full) waiting room. YOU DO NOT TELL A POSSIBLE HEART ATTACK PATIENT TO TAKE A SEAT IN WAITING ROOM. NEVER GO HERE !!!!! RATING SHOULD BE NEGATIVE ZERO!
