I will never go anywhere else, but METHODIST. I was in extreme pain with an urgent concern and the staff on duty 10/16 around 11pm took exceptional care of me. Within minutes, I was taken back and placed in a room. From there they listened to my concerns, ran through the testing process, and was able to start treatment. Within a few hours I felt relief after suffering 2 days at home. If I ever have a chose of what hospital I want my care, I will ALWAYS pick Methodist.

My son was complaining of a stomach ache. I really thought he was being dramatic, but I brought him at his request. The staff was so quick and kind. They took a cat scan and realized his appendix was swollen. The waiting room was clean. The room was clean.

Avoid at all costs. This hospital is worse than memorial or HCA, and that's saying alot. At least avoid if you have back trouble and urology issues. They don't care. I came to this ER thinking I was having urinary retention. They did not ultrasound my bladder or ask me when the last time I went. They immediatly stuffed a catheter in me and the nurses first words were "there's almost nothing." I explained that if they would let me try to go after putting fluids in me the catheter would be medically unnecessary. The medical pr... read more

The security guard there was very rude. Zero tact. manners or professionalism . The interaction was unpleasant and if I had to rate the interaction it was a zero at best. The nurses and doctors are great and professional. The other staff members are concern and courteous. I hope someone else does not have the experience I had. and that overshadows the good work that the other staff members do.
