I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Methodist Emergency Care Center. I went in for a very straightforward issue (pink eye) and the entire visit lasted roughly 30 minutes. There were no labs, no imaging, no prescriptions, and no real medical intervention whatsoever. What I did receive, however, was an outrageously inflated bill (nearly $3,000.00) that in no way reflects the level of care provided. Extremely grateful for the excellent customer service up front and the wonderful nurses that tended to me. BJ, Melissa and Micana were perfect! Definitely recommend! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Please do not go here! Unfortunately, I ignored the negative reviews. It’s like a circus here, just a bunch of disorganization and staff running around trying to give IV fluids to mostly everyone appearing to have insurance in the ER waiting areas. False patient care summary notes, including certain exams not performed, medications not administered, and physicians not seen. This facility is not about patient care, just profit. Very disappointed…expected better from The Methodist Hospital brand.

Please do not go here! Unfortunately, I ignored the negative reviews. It’s like a circus here, just a bunch of disorganization and staff running around trying to give IV fluids to mostly everyone appearing to have insurance in the ER waiting areas. False patient care summary notes, including certain exams not performed, medications not administered, and physicians not seen. This facility is not about patient care, just profit. Very disappointed…expected better from The Methodist Hospital brand.
