Nobody wants to go to the ER. But if you have to, I absolutely recommend Houston Methodist. My care team was so fantastic at 12 AM. I was met with kindness and compassion. They ran tests for my symptoms that I've had on going through my whole life that no other clinic has offered. And outside of waiting for lab results, it was very quick and the wait time was made comfortable and painless. I'm so thankful.
Dr Cantu was so kind during my visit. The nurses and the aides were great as well. It was a very difficult situation, but I felt well cared for during my visit.
Honestly, if I could give it zero stars I would… the doctors are rude. The nurses are dismissive. The only good part about the white experience was the kind last at the check in / registrar. Go anywhere else… literally, anywhere!
Amazing experience. They got me in immediately, treated me with care and respect, and I was in and out. Highly recommend.
If Dr. James Weller is your doc, go elsewhere. Super egotistical and mocking. Not the service you want or need.
