I went to this hospital and got diagnosed with flu. I am a diabetic and said my sugars have been high. They didn't not run any blood tests and less than 24hrs later I was rushed by ambulance to memorial herman hospital in DKA.
The entire staff here is stellar! I was getting my vitals and I.V. within twenty minutes of arrival. The nurses, imaging, and Dr. Powell all took wonderful care of me. I am following up with a specialist and finally taking care of my health! All these ladies were a godsend and treated me with compassion and dignity. 100% recommend this facility.
I was discharged from the ER and they did not call the correct prescriptions in. I called to get it corrected...... after calling no less than 30 times speaking with numerous people a week later they still couldn't get my steroid pack called in. The solution they gave me was go to another doctor to see if they could fill it for me. Yet they wanted me to pay the bill as if they actually did their job.
