This ER is such an amazing place. Unfortunately we had to come here and Matt and Ryan our two nurses were the nicest and most caring nurses. How it has a 2.7 rating is beyond me! I definitely give them 5 stars
The staff is very nice and friendly however the guy that sits at the front desk when you walk in is listening to a TV or radio so loudly that I can hardly stand it!!!! And he yelled once. I guesd at the tv. I just prayed that no bad guy had come in. He can barely speak English. I didnt know what he was saying. The only reason I didn't give a 1 rating is bc of the staff in the back.
All I can say is don't go there. They believe in jinxing.🤣🤣. That's what the radiologist person said to me. That I was going to "jinx" her. They are rude and sarcastic. They need to focus on treating patients well and act a little concerned. They must not be busy to be at nurses' station laughing. I refused to be there any longer. And, of course, they didn't want me to leave without any medications in my system. I told them I didn't need anymore charges to my insurance. Worse experience.
