I was so excited when this facility was opened near me, but extremely disappointed in their transparency when it comes to pricing. Their physical therapy program prices are ridiculous! $1025 for a single one hour visit WHICH YOU SHARE WITH ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL! Why can’t they give you honest prices before you accept therapy, instead of just saying they’ll submit it to insurance?? My insurance isn’t paying for much and I will now owe $675 for each visit! If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. I brought in a loved one who was in DKA, a life-threatening emergency, and the situation was treated as casually as if it were a minor paper cut. There was absolutely no urgency or attentiveness from the staff. We were repeatedly shuffled between a “quick” room and the waiting area, instead of being provided a proper room with a bed.
