Thank you Methodist for creating a happy and healthy workplace. This is how patients have a great experience at the ER. Everyone I encounter during my visit was happy and attentive. They cared about my health and comfort. Unfortunately I don’t remember everybody’s name but Kenneth Howard was compassionate and kind. Overall 10 out of 10 🫶

My husband, a heart patient, spent 18+ hours on a gurney in the hall of th ER. I counted ER rooms that were empty and asked for help. No help. Finally near midnight he was transferred to a hospital room. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable treatment to an elderly cardiac patient.

1 star for billing. I paid a down payment for my biopsy and asked to be placed on a billing plan with automatic bill payment. They did not apply the payment correctly. Never set up the payment plan, refunded part of my down payment back to my credit card and I have been dealing with months of a nightmare with their billing department. Even to them sending to collections what they refunded and I PAID AGAIN. Nice hospital, horrible billing

I delivered at Methodist willowbrook in 2021 the staff was phenomenal it was such an amazing experience. I delivered at Methodist cypress in 2025 and when I tell you my nurses were superb I mean every person I encountered, esp those that handled my before care since I was in the hospital a week before delivery. They took great care of me. I will Never ever forget those people it was such a scary time and they held my hand and reassured me every step of the way. I’m so grateful! Every shift every day absolutely phenomenal!

It seems the hospital's billing department is lacking transparency. VA national community care department has been on the phone with the billing department and again on 3 way for discrepancies in improper billing. For all disabled combat vets, ER visits are paid by the Department of Veteran's Affairs (national) as long as they are informed within 4 days. Today will be my 3rd time 3 way calling Methodist for this claim. VA's contact information, authorization number, PO Box, and fax number to forward the bills to were provide... read more
