My experience here for my L & D was nothing short of amazing from triage all the way through postpartum care! I would like to specifically thank Dr. Thompson, Dr. Cramer, Nurse MaKayla and each and every staff that I encountered. They were so attentive and caring. The facility itself is beautiful. When we found our old provider and toured the hospital, we felt safe and confident that our first baby can be delivered here. Our team was kind, organized, and thorough. If we had questions, we were informed well by either our provider or our nurse in person, at most on the phone. I believe I only had to use MyChart once because we needed a prescription for breast pump, which the team responded very quickly that I expected would be the next business day, but I was happy to get it right away.... read more
