Braught my dad by almost 5 pm took only about 30min to attend him for only 25 min asked him to wait in the waiting room, had us wait way too long were there til past 9:30 front desk ladies were kind of rude they want us to understand them but they don't understand us... do not recommend this ER!
the doctors here need to take a class on sickle cell because they don’t understand it or listen to patients with it at all.
I have lived in Atlanta, San Diego, Portland, Dallas and now Houston. This is the best Hospital that i have ever been to. They have all the latest machines. Everything is super clean and neat. The staff is very nice and accommodating to all your problems and pain. I have never waited more than 15 min in the emergency room. The Hospital rooms are all private and very large with 70" televisions. The nursing care is top notch and never waited when i pressed the call button.
Its a well designed facility with very caring and professional nurses and doctors. Lot of space for visitors and easy to navigate. Our baby was delivered here recently and I would highly recommend it.
