I visited this facility twice, and on both occasions, I was sent home without any clear explanation for the symptoms I was experiencing. Eventually, I sought care at St. Luke’s, where I was diagnosed with Grave’s Disease. Honestly, it feels as though the staff here may have known what was going on but chose not to inform me.

04/2025 Worst experience ever for my wife's 1st baby delivery, Latricia Thompson OBGYN (Houston Methodist Hospital) put my wife and baby life in risk: Delivery day: 1- Latricia Thompson did not stay with my wife more than 10 minutes when she start to push, 2- left her, disappeared and came late when they called her that the baby is almost out. 3- Did not show up after delivery to check on her, unless we requested to see her. 4- during the delivery she told my wife she will go operation if she can't push. I genuinely could cry writing this review, as it forces me to relive one of the most traumatic experiences I’ve ever endured — at a time that was supposed to be filled with healing and joy.
