A waste of time coming here. Came in for a uti and a bed sore. They did the bare minimum. Discharged me didn't clean the wound and didn't even change the Foley.

Starting with the attention of Dr. Ahmed Khan, Dr. Noe Zamora, bad bad bad, my mother was discharged with an infection and without medication to a place for rehabilitation where, according to the social worker named Priscila, she was going to be better. The day after being there, the insurance did not authorize the rehabilitation because of the bad report that the Dr. made. I still hope the Dr or the social worker answer my messages. I had an amazing experience for an outpatient procedure at HM Cypress. The staff were friendly and caring. Couldn't ask for any better.

The entire staff took great care of me after my car accident. They are beating out Chic Fil A in customer service in my book. They were very thorough in making sure I was ok from head to toe. I appreciate them so much for taking good care of me in my time of need.
