The problem was billing. They were quick to call me every day for information and updates, and charges but not to resolve why they hadn't charged my insurance and now im stuck with paying thousands of dollars for an urgent surgery because nothing was ever charged towards my deductible. I've been going through this with them for days now. Its come down to running out of time to process before the year ends all because they never worked with my insurance

It feels like this hospital only concern is their money, not their patients. Went in for a CT scan of my heart. I was told I had to pay upfront pay estimated amount, but nothing was sent till that day. I have these done every two years because I have an artificial valve so you told me I have to pay you before my health is important to you. And the lady from accounting was very rude about it. I delivered here and the experience was awesome! They make my life easier and helped me with everything I needed and more! They were ahead of every need and very attentive, I will be back if I have to!! The staff are great and you feel like you're staying in a hotel honestly, very clean and a lot of space!

My wife was admitted in at the emergency room. She was scheduled for a stent for her heart. They put it on the fourth floor. They said there was no rooms which is a labor and delivery for babies. The nurse Roxy was very rude. My wife was constantly throwing up we asked for something for nation. They never brought it to her. She was upstairs from 2:30 to 8:30.
