Went upstairs on accident, and wow! The two women that were sitting behind the desk upstairs were very rude. They looked at me like I was an idiot for walking upstairs to the wrong office. Didn’t say hello when I walked in, nothing. Nothing but nasty looks. When I went back downstairs and went to the correct location, the ladies in there were very sweet and pleasant. Total opposite of the upstairs ladies. Why are they still there representing Methodist? They’re eventually going to kill your ratings.

Every time I have visited this location I was greeted with smiles.The front receptionist were warm and welcoming.I am always in and out quickly and thoroughly.

The ladies at the front desk were not kind. A young woman with glasses and braids sitting in the middle on 02/27 was giving me attitude and looking at me stupid when I was confused on whether that was the primary care office or not. She did not greet me upon arrival & was mid conversation with her colleagues when I walked in.
