DESPICABLE & DEPLORABLE!!!! PLEASE GO TO UTMB INSTEAD!!!!! I'll just start off by repeating what so many other former patients who had the extreme & utter displeasure of having the horrid experience of being "treated" here: if I could give less than one star, I would!! Three family members came to pick up someone and we were chastised for coming through the wrong door then hospital cop kicked two of us out while we waited for a quick cut glue! Rude, unprofessional and aggressive!!!! Two nurses were in the room and it would have been sooooo easy to ask any of us to wait in the lobby for any explained reason without calling the “mall cop”. The night staff allows patients to yell and carry on for over ten hours. Totally unacceptable. Organization and leadership is desperately needed.
Maria Vega (Mary) from the ER is extremely unprofessional and careless. She doesn’t care what people are suffering from, she just check in people without verifying if the information is correct and walks off. Do not recommend this place with this kind of people working here.
Do NOT recommend this ER. First ER I've been in that can make UTMB be a better choice.
