Terrible experience with the doctors very arrogant attitude (assigned by them) not my choice primary care only the specialists were wonderful kidney and urology. If I come back I will make sure I don't inherit their service this is my second time here and don't wish to go through this again I speak my mind

Recently had full knee replacement. Surgeon was Absolutely amazing! I would give him 10 stars if I could! However, the hospital staff is horrible. I could go on and on them not returning calls mimicking you in the hospital answering service acting like you're bothering them., Nurses don't get back to you or just push you off to the side. Went to visit my family member in ICU. Went in through the main entrance and up to the reception desk, stood there for a some time waiting. Unfortunately the receptionist couldn’t look up from the game she was playing on her phone to acknowledge me, or meet my needs. Texted another family member to find out what floor he was on and directions to his room. Didn’t get her name because she was too busy to acknowledge my existence. Poor decorum. Unfortunate start to an already unfortunate situation.

Very apprehensive about going to Dr. for colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy. Had bad experience with last one 6 years ago. This time I went to Methodist hospital in Clear Lake. Nursing staff was a 10 out of 10. If I could give 10 stars I would. They made everything very comfortable from warm socks to warm blanket. Joked and laughed together set everything at ease. I’M SO SICK AND DISGUSTED WITH HOUSTON METHODIST!!!!! THE NIGHT MY HUSBAND HAD TO BRING ME TO THE ER, BECAUSE I HAVE SEVERE CASE OF SPONDYLOSTHESIS, CERVICAL STENOSIS, BILATERAL FOROMINAL STENOSIS, DDD AND FIBROMYALGIA, AND WAS IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN AND HAD TO SIT IN THE LOBBY LIKE THAT FOR 2 HOURS OR MORE, BEFORE I COULD GET ANY PAIN MEDICINE FOR RELIEF.
