The doctors and staff are wonderful. The billing department has room for improvement. 2 yrs since my heart surgery. They finally got it onto my chart this year. Showing I had a $500 out of pocket. I have been sending them $100 a month since I found out about it. They turned me over to a collection agency! I called to talk to a person. She was of no help. This week I received in snail mail a printed copy of my billing account to explain why I was turned over. Abbreviations are crazy. I don’t know how to read this. . Ya’ll pic... read more
