I arrived for my appointment 20 minute early, they finally saw me 2 HOURS after my appointment, and there had only been 3 people in the waiting room. When I was finally seen (2 hours after my appointment) I told them that the wait time was unprofessional, that they had just used up 2 of my lunch hours for the week, that my co-workers and boss wanted to know when I would be back to work, and that my blood sugar was now out of whack for missing a regularly scheduled meal - the Physician Assistant's response was, "This is norma... read more
Very unprofessional and unreliable. You never talk to a real person. You have to leave messages just so they won't call you back. They seem uninterested in trying to help their patients.
