I keep getting unsolicited calls or texts from them asking if I want to sell my home. It's not listed, so no reason to assume that. Spamming someone's cell phone isn't cool.

I called and set up an appointment. Waited a week for the appointment, expecting someone to show. Never called, never showed. I called them, and finally received a call 2 1/2 hours later, only to be told my wires got crossed. Was told on the phone, "there's nothing we can do for you". Complete waste of time. Would have been nice to know you weren't interested and your research people could have looked up the property before even contacting me. Wasted my day off. You suck!

Number one house buying company in Houston. These guys really do know what they are doing and they stand by their word. They are accommodating and willing to work with home sellers to solve their problems and make the transition as smooth as possible. Their team is courteous and professional on every level.
