Who would live there? There are bats in the shutters the lights in the parking lots are not working and the Manager tells the residents they need to call the city that it is not her job. And if you complain she says the Supervisor is her friend and that does no good. Get SOMEONE THAT CARES PLEASE. BATS CARRY RABIES AND PEOPLE CAN BE MUGGED IN DARK PARKING LOTS. DOES ANYONE CARE?
