First podiatrist I seen and she lacks knowledge. She tries to push you into getting foot inserts thay are not the correct size. She only cares about making a sale. Also, she only exams your feet visually, even tho Im diabetic and they need to be examined by pulse, which involves touching. A routine check up for first timers shouldn't be this complicated. She does not care about the patients only about making money in and out visits. DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY HERE.
Dr. Nachmani and her staff are so nice. Me and my child are new patients here and we love it. Thus far, our appointments have been on time without long delays. I haven’t needed to call the office to schedule an appointment like the other reviewer so I can’t comment on that. I used their online system Zodoc to make the appointments and upload all of our documents so there’s nothing to fill out at the office. Super easy.
I’ve used this clinic ever since I started having issues with my feet. For the last two days I have called to try to make a appointment. Yesterday I called three times twice with very long wait times. The third time placed on hold by the receptionist for 20 minutes, and then the lady hung up on me.
