Dr. Nachmani and her staff are so nice. Me and my child are new patients here and we love it. Thus far, our appointments have been on time without long delays. I haven’t needed to call the office to schedule an appointment like the other reviewer so I can’t comment on that. I used their online system Zodoc to make the appointments and upload all of our documents so there’s nothing to fill out at the office. Super easy.
I’ve used this clinic ever since I started having issues with my feet. For the last two days I have called to try to make a appointment. Yesterday I called three times twice with very long wait times. The third time placed on hold by the receptionist for 20 minutes, and then the lady hung up on me. The same receptionist today when I called still very rude and dry. She lacked customer service and professionalism. Whoever the lady is answering the front desk extension is very, very rude.
