Dr.Cockrell was awesome! Full of knowledge and explained everything. He fitted me for new contacts that are not only comfortable but also more affordable. My appointment started on time. Staff was very friendly. I will be taking my kids to see Dr. Cockrell next month. I will be recommending him to all my co workers and friends. Great customer service!
This place is a joke....my son had an appointment the beginning of August and here we are almost October and his glasses have not arrived yet. They charge me $20 to ship the glasses and that was Tuesday and Friday came around and still no glasses. Thank God we have moved but I will NEVER go back or recommend this place. They are all about taking your money.
The Only reason for a one, is I like Dr. Cockrell. If not for him a -5 ☆s. The eye glass pace got my prescription wrong 2 months ago. I still don't have my glasses and Permian eye will not give me a refund.
Beware: I told them twice. Once on the phone and once in the office when we got there that I only wanted a basic eye exam for my husband and only do the medical exam if our insurance covers it. If it did not cover the medical exam I did not want it and they still did the medical exam and charged us the $180 for it. Wont ever be back or recommend.
