We were having a problem with our clothes dryer. Sunny came about an hour or two after I called for an appointment. He was FANTASTIC!!! He explained what he was going to do, what he might find, and what we should consider doing next. He instilled confidence and I was comfortable taking his recommendation of a deep cleaning of our dryer venting system. I will absolutely call Sunny again when we decide to have our other ducts checked and I already know I won't regret it.
Sam and his team did a great job cleaning my carpets this morning. They showed up on time, were friendly, professional and fast.
I called them because I've used their services in Dallas last year and I must admit I'm very impressed with the Houston crew. Very professional technicians and excellent service.
Be prepared to be robbed and taken advantage of. They wanted $180 additional to complete the service in addition to what we paid already. They would consider Formal living and dining as same room because door was not small enough between two rooms. Very rude. They came for service and when I refused to pay additional money, they refused service.
Just moved in to a new home recently and needed my air duct cleaned. Contacted Extreme because a friend recommended. Ben and Aliya showed up on time, didn't try to up sale me any unnecessary extra services and completed the work within an hour. They even got my email to remind me next year when it's time to clean the ducts again. No wonder why they have such great reviews.
Sunny is the best! He went out of his way to help me understand the best services for my needs and taught me how to maintain my ac unit so it works better and saves me money in the long run. He took the time to show me other things in my house that could use repairing and even did some quick fixes for me for free! He was super friendly and honest. If you can, request Sunny! He's so great!
