I know now why the star rating for this place is 2.7, the scheduling department has to be the most unprofessional & seemingly incompetent department in any hospital ever. If you need assistance with general or surgical scheduling prepare yourself to have to call over & over again to do so. They let most calls go to voicemail, turn the phone off during posted business hours, take weeks or months to schedule initial appointments, schedule without checking patient availability, & if the date they schedule you doesn’t work for y... read more
The front desk ladies are the rudest people I've ever met in my life. My doctor told me to call and set up an appointment and just to get through the line I have to call over 10 times in a row, each time automatically being placed on hold until I get someone to answer, just to be put back on hold. It really sucks because I love my doctor but I'm not willing to put up with the office for it. I will be switching. EXTREMELY rude wouldn’t even let you make a appointment and will straight hang up on you
On today July 9,2025 I called around 11:45 am I was first rushed off the line which is understandable after waiting patiently forever I hung up to call back but the answering machine came on not realizing it is lunch hours shame on the woman who put me on hold not come back to run to her lunch when Im at work I do my job until all my customers are taken care of imagine coming get your food from my job and I say hold on and clock out for my break that's not right I hope you guys handle this situation I'm sure it's happening t... read more
If you want a surgery for something that is important to bettering your health this is not the place. Your insurance can pay for 100% of it yet they don't schedule you when you've already been seen and had it scheduled. Just to be told that they didn't two weeks later!!!!!!!!!
