While i love the female doctors ive seen on staff you have to be VERY CLEAR and kind of rude when requesting ONLY female doctors or they WILL send in a male. Its in my chart that I only want female doctors and I politely remind them every time I make a new appointment. Twice I have been assigned dr. Soren Maddsen and both times were atrocious. Receptionist was nice and professional. Visit was short and sweet. The dr, pa, and ma were fantastic. They answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and very knowledgeable. When I call, they always pick up, if not, it’s within the next hour or two.
My daughter is black and native. I don’t know if it is the color of her skin or what. But, very since she started going there. His has not been getting the care that she was told that she was going to get. Every week she has came and sat in the room for an hour and a half before being seen. I would never let this medical staff near me considering the receptionist doesn’t even know how to answer a simple question. “Do you accept soonercare”. “Do you have appointments available with Dr. Jones.” Not a hard question. She needed my member ID just to tell me if they accept soonercare. I said it was crazy I needed the member number considering I didn’t even know if I wanted to proceed with making an appointment.
