This company was unable to provide necessary information to validate pertinent information needed. along with not having a relationship with a national bank to expedite payment to landlord so clients could get into their respective homes.
As a customer, this ranks as one of the worst experiences with a company I have ever encountered. My "customer service" agent, Jessica Xenakis, has been conspicuously absent from communication with me from the beginning of my contact with Housing Headquarters. I have a very time-sensitive insurance restoration/remediation project scheduled on my home which involves accommodating a family member with special needs.
