I called HCD Titling & Registration division like at least 5 times to go over the details for a Title Transfer... They were Outstanding & it is SO Refreshing to be able to call & talk to someone which was never a problem... WOW, More Than Pleasantly Surprised & Very Grateful... So instead of sending the package to the Sacramento PO Box... Sending it To the San Luis Obispo location for sure... Thanks Kindly/Always HCD Crew!

I recently went in to register my mobile home as I had recently purchased it and needed a new title and registration. All I can say is it’s worth the drive! They are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have and there isn’t a wait which is a big plus. Don’t go to the Sacramento location if you can avoid it , every time I call I’m on hold for at least 10-15 min and they aren’t very helpful they just tell you to go online.
