This place treats their tenants horribly. They have a very large amount of elderly and handicap residents, and when the snowstorm of the century hits, they are nowhere to be found for weeks at a time leaving the property unattended with no access plowed or shoveled for ems or the residents. They left one snow shovel and went on vacation knowing the storm would bring 5+ feet of snow with nobody there to clear any paths.
I am beyond disgusted with the weatherization program. I applied for this program either in 2017 or 2018. It's been so long that I don't remember. I filled out the ridiculously long application and went to great lengths to get all the documentation that said was necessary. I turned my application in when it was still located at GECAC on West 9th St in Erie.
