This is the worst housing office ever. They are SO rude & not helpful at all. They make people feel less than for needing help & they pick & choose who they want to assist. I’ve been up here for the 2nd time needing assistance and both times was an awful experience that left me feeling terrible & less than a human
We lived there for a year and it was expensive. The rent kept going up each month so we moved. When things broke it took them weeks to finally fix it. They kept most of our deposit even though the apartment was alot cleaner than in it was when we 1st moved in. We moved to a better apartment complex that is much cheaper and they are much friendlier here.
They are wonderful caring people.
