This place does shady stuff I have been on the list for years but it’s not about the list it’s who you know how can a apartment to the family member of someone who past away who had only been staying there a couple of weeks and no she couldn’t have been on the lease it is only a one bedroom female and male her uncle so at this rate people who have been on the list the right way waiting will never get a apartment so don’t even bother

I've never lived anywhere worse. There was black mold in the vents that Deidra Carpenter refused to remove. Her husband, the head of the maintenance staff, refused to replace outlets that were loose and sparking. Neighbors nearby regularly burned plastic in giant fires, sending black smoke into our vents.
