I had an excellent experience with Jonathan. I called on a Monday and the inspection was done and report in hand by Tuesday at 3pm! He's quick, kind, and thorough. He gave me a lot of information and advice for maintenance and improvements I could make going forward. He even told me I could send him pictures of any repairs down the road and he would advise me on the quality of them as he could for free! And he "always shakes hands when exchanging money"; that's a quality and honest man. I highly recommend his services.
