Satisfactory Very unimpressed with the tall tales being told on these reviews. Not even sure if the two below me are real parents or just people trying to make this daycare look bad. Anyway, my experience here was okay, I guess. No major problems but some staff need to be more professional with how they handle things. Overall good experience.

The Idiot Teachers make it Worst This daycare.. I'm not impressed. My kid, Millie, was attending it in the Toddlers' Room. I walked in to there class, The teacher was lookin' at the TV like they were stupid watching the shows, Then, When it was over and the toddlers were crying becase it was just the screen to start, That retarded teacher sat watching something on her phone. Do not take your child Here! I Had Enough with this daycare. My kid was outside playing when I came to pick her up and it was almost 107 degrees! I saw her crying, But I told the lady, It is 107 degrees. To hot to be out, She said it was just fine. My littile girl, Said she brung her DS. I LOVE THE STAFF The peppermint plantation on billingsley is wonderful i love miss brandi and miss shelly they the best. They really do care about the children and the staff and for them its not about the money, its about providing good care for our children. I wish that all daycares were filled with management like this peppermint. They do love our children, and they keep the daycare so clean and smelling clean. It was great for me I went in for a tour and the place was wonderful. Mrs.Shelly greeted me with a smile and she made me feel so welcome. She was very helpful and the place was so clean. It just puzzles me how People chose to say bad things about this daycare. The teachers were inter- acting with the children, and the director was helping serve snack.I have never been to a day-care and the management is involved with the staff and kids. Do not take your children here This place needs to be reported to the state I have heard they burn kids with lighters and hit the little babies. I had a freind that worked there she said they would thorw shoes at them they would only chage there dipars twice. Do not take your children here!

Too small, Too Hot!!! The only thing I was impressed with was how I didn't have to wait on a waiting list and got a part-time rate. But, I didn't like how inattentive the workers were and how they were always reading magazines and on their cell phones. Each month, my little girl (infant, then toddler room) had a different teacher. They couldn't keep workers at all! PARENTS BEWARE!!! This daycare is horrible. Parents beware. My infant child attended this facility for about 8months. I cannot imagine what I put my child through. Everyday something different was going on. If she wasn't wearing other children's clothing it was other children's diaper or come home with little bruises here and there.. I finally had enough when I had to hospitalized my child with a life threatening infection she contracted there at that center. I'm just sorry I didn't pay attention to the signs sooner!!!
