Please be cautious with renting from housevending. The staff was pleasant however tom the slum Lord is a thief. They use cheap paint so they can take your deposit upon moving out. They charge 670 to repaint a 900 square foot home. They left us without a working oven for 4 months. They painted the bathtub to cover up black mold. After a few showers the paint was peeling off.
