I like what I see needing something for me my husband an 3 kids
RecommendedI rented from house vending and my experience was very positive, especially with Brandon. Their website was extremely useful and made paying rent and contacting them easy. My rental was in good shape, so I never really had to have maintenance come. The one time I did contact them for maintenance, my shower had begun draining slowly and they had a plumber come and fix the issue about a day and a half after I contacted them. The next time I move I will definitely consider their services as a reliable option.
They were wonderful from start to finish with the sale and new purchase for us. Enjoyable experience the entire process and could not have been happier with outcome. We highly recommend them for your home sale or purchase needs. Cannot thank them enough for all their help!!
This is the second time we used house vending and will continue to use them in the future. Brandon and crew did a GREAT job negotiating when we used them for a sale, and just caught some stuff the builder tried to slip past us on closing day. His knowledge of home repairs goes hand in hand with his real estate knowledge to put them as a full service package!!! Way to go and thank you guys so much!!
This is a group of unprofessional and unorganized people who do not communicate and do not conduct business like adults. If you’re thinking of renting or buying from them- don’t.
Great people to work with and treat you with respect every step of the way they make sure you get what you are looking for or help you if you want to sell your house...these guys are top notch I would recommend them to anyone
I had never bought a house before, and the HouseVending team was amazing through the entire process. They definitely treated me like family, and I ended up in exactly the right house for me. Their communication through the entire process went above my expectations. I am so thankful I got to work with them and would definitely choose them again.
the people at house Vending are a bunch of crooks they do not pay their contractor or the work they have completed companies like this need to be called out they take advantage of the little man
