RecommendedOur inspector was prompt, polite, and accommodating. We received our report within the timeline promised to us.
Everything from start to finish was perfect. We were able to get an inspection scheduled the same week and got the report within a day. My realtor said this is the most thorough and detailed report she has ever seen. She commented this goes a long way with negotiating with the seller and makes it easier to get repairs. The report was very easy to read and follow with a lot of detailed pictures. I am so happy we used them!
