I like that you cover all three inspections (home, radon, insect) without having to schedule 3 separate dates/times. Inspector was very thorough, educating us as he worked through the home. What he was looking for and why. I also like the binder provided to the buyers with the follow-up schedules for maintenance as well as the coupon offers, etc.
Our home inspector Keith and he was on time. He was curtious and friendly. He was very knowledgeable an explained everything to us in laymen terms. He also told us how things worked and life expectancy. He told us some quick fixes to make things safe and up to code. Over all it was a good experience. I would highly recommend the service.
