Dustin Zick did an inspection earlier this week at our home that we no longer reside in. After leaving equipment (radon monitoring--but not making arrangements to pick it up today) he entered our home WITHOUT our permission after specifically being told we did NOT want him to enter until we were present. Then of course he set off the house alarm, police were dispatched, but the weasel did not even stick around to tell the police this was his mistake. He LEFT AFTER SETTING OFF THE ALARM!

Scotty, I did make arrangement to enter the home through the realtors. I was assured that the alarm system would be off before entering. After the alarm was set off, I did attempt to communicate with your monitoring company but they did not hear or respond. In addition, I did wait for approximately 7 to 10 minutes but no police arrived. I am very busy during my work schedule meeting client deadlines.
