I would not recommend this company to anyone! We had to get a whole new roof 2 months after moving into our home because it was raining all over INSIDE our house. Bryan came over with buckets and said that he shouldn't of known any of the issues were there from his inspection. After all of the leaks, 3 construction companies said any knowledgeable inspector should have seen the issues as they were very obvious. There is no guarantee from his inspections either.
