The house this company inspected has a 3 waterfalls inside, a major pipe busted, a broken ac. Would NOT recommend!!
Brian was very thorough and when he was finished he took the time to explain/ show his findings to the buyers and answer their questions. He didn't tell the buyers which items they should ask to have repaired. He left that up to me as their agent and I appreciate that. His report was back to us in less than 24 hours and was very easy to read and navigate.
My experiences with HouseMasters have been positive and helpful. Brian has inspected 2 homes for us within the last 6 months. The first house we did not purchase, his inspection turned up many possible issues with the roof, electrical, and plumbing. The second home, I followed Brian around and watched him do his inspection. He was thorough and systematic with his checks. He explained what he was looking for and we discussed the items he found as we were going along. He was very helpful and informative.
