Dan was very professional from start to finish. My husband and I appreciated the detailed process of how the inspection is completed and the thorough explanations of the large and even small issues that were found on the house. I would highly recommend HouseMaster and will certainly use them again in the future.
Dan came out to our new home and completed our whole house and termite inspection. He was on time, thorough, professional and followed proper COVID guidelines for our family’s safety and well-being. He walked my husband around the entire property and told him what he was looking at/for. I called at 3:30pm on a Tuesday and they had me booked for the following Day at at 1pm. JD arrived at the home on time and was a complete gentleman and professional. He was very knowledgeable and informative. What could have been a long draw out process and overwhelming, JD made it easy and clear what he was doing, what he found and his suggestions on how to proceed with it. I would highly recommend!
