Much as I liked the courteous gentleman who did the 'inspection', I cannot recommend this or any other Housemaster franchise inspection Service. The Parent Company Housemaster and I disagree fundamentally on what an inspection should do. Housemaster doesn't evaluate the most critical and most expensive parts of a home. If you want a report with lots of photos of small things like a bent gutter or a missing shingle, then go ahead. Housemasters is the standard for professionalism and diligence. Period. I am always confident my clients will be well served when they select Housemasters for their inspection.
Don't recommend. I used this company when I bought my house and the inspector did not inspect the heating and cooling system. I found out months later that the AC did not work at all which cost me a lot of money. The inspector claimed he couldn't inspect it due to the month we were in at the time of inspection.
