Let me start by saying I was with another pest control company which I shall not name (but they are ant eaters) The service was horrible WHEN they bothered to show up... customer service on ALL LEVELS, did nothing but pass the buck... ANYWAY I finally have up and changed companies. A lady I clean for recommended 'Houseman'. The difference has been like night and day. They ALWAYS do what they say they'll do. Thank you Houseman, one of the men doing our re-treatment told me of a water line leak, and saved us alot of money. Thanks to their honesty.
Used this pest control service for years. Earlier this week, the serviceman,who has sprayed my house for years, arrived for my service. I wasn’t home at the time, but my home cameras caught the motion. He proceeded to front door to knock and then to back door, where he left my invoice. On premises for 10 minutes tops. Get home and invoice states he was here for 30 minutes and sprayed house. If you’re using this service, I highly recommend supervising all their “work” they bill you for.
We have been very pleased with their pest control and termite services and will continue to use them.
We've been using Houseman for over 4 years now for pest control as well as lawn spraying. In that time, we've never had a single problem with either service. Rodney has been our pest control guy from the beginning and we love him. He's always so friendly and always on time. I'd definitely recommend Houseman for any of your household needs.
