From day 1 at the initial consultation, Housekeeping Associates has been very professional, prompt, and personable. There was slight billing issue with my first cleaning but it was cleared up and handled with one call! Top notch service. They've been doing a fantastic job!
Had the deep cleaning first which was excellent, now I'm on a monthly cycle, which is great. I would highly recommend them.

I have been a client of Housekeeping Associates for many years. They are accommodating to work with my schedule and requests. The main downside with this company is keeping the same cleaning team from one cleaning to another. The girls are all friendly and the staff easy to work with. I would recommend this cleaning service!
Housekeeping Associates is an exceptional company from their excellent cleaning staff to their office staff to the owner. Everyone is very professional. The cleaning staff are very well trained and go through my house in record time with record results. They are professional, expectations were met and exceeded. They worked with me on assessing my needs. After many years, this is the gift I gave myself. What a treat is to walk into a clean home after a long day. I feel very comfortable that if I am away, no corners are cut and the team is trusted. I would definitely recommend their services.
I have used MANY housekeeping companies for years and years. I have been with this company for 5 YEARS now because they are attentive to detail/clean like I WOULD CLEAN/I have the same cleaners every time, so they KNOW my house/go above and beyond with the "little" things as I request/and the front office is so friendly and responsive. I've tried several in the Brighton area. Housekeeping Associates is the best. By far!
Absolutely love this company. Their customer service is one of the best I have had the pleasure working with. The housekeepers work hard and do whatever possible to make sure you are satisfied.
