Andrea and Philip are phenomenal people, caring, compassionate, and very committed to what they do. Philip was very informative and thorough during the inquiry call to them, when Andrea came out, took her time, talked to me and the family, got to know us, walked us through her process(it was our first time using an in home service, but not our first dog loss) especially with a next day appointment availability which was great. So glad I found Andrea through a friend. They were able to get me in last minute as my dog was suffering and needed to be immediately put down. What a traumatic and life altering experience that Andrea and her team made into a beautiful one. She was so kind, patient, thoughtful, and helped me navigate such big emotions. It's a day that no pet owner wants to go through, and unfortunately my family had to make the decision to let our baby girl Lucy go. Dr. Andrea Leach is simply the best, showing up with a calm and soothing energy and explaining what the process is like. She is a wonderful human being and she shows such compassion towards animals, even in their last moments. I had to make the very difficult decision yesterday to have my little Jessie girl puts to sleep. I talked to Phillip to make arrangements. He was very helpful as I went back-and-forth deciding what to do. When Dr. Andrea came out, she greeted my little dog with compassion and love. She explained every step for me which process easier for me. These two are the best!
