I’m not one to write a negative review and was hoping she was just having an off day but the other reviews let me know this is a pattern. I truly had the worst experience here. VES scheduled my VA C&P exam here with Megan Mendez. Upon arrival, I was told they over booked and ended up waiting OVER two hours to be seen. I had a very disappointing experience at this facility during a VA related exam. The front desk staff were kind and professional, and they are not the reason for this review. My concern is with the examiner’s conduct and the overall professionalism of the exam process. The appointment process was disorganized, and multiple veterans were left waiting because the examiner was not available at the scheduled time. I am still a bit perplexed about my visit a month ago for a C&P with the provider Megan Mendez. First and foremos for the 2 testt she stood behind me with the Goniometer so that I could not see her but from my peripheral vision she did not use the instrument for measurement. Instead of the forward bend I was made to sit on a table and lift my legs and I was able to see clearly that she didn't do any physical measurements just a visual observation. Horrible!!! Extremely inconsiderate, rude. I couldn't speak with the examiner about my issues. I was supposed to have X-rays of my lungs but the company they used is out of commission at the present time. I inquired about potentially going to the VA clinic for the X-ray and she had no clue as to what I should do. She questioned why I needed X-rays and who thinks I need them taken. Everyone here was so friendly, kind, and caring. They were very accommodating to my physical issues and limitations. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a family member.
