DO NOT USE!!! David is a fraud. Do not let him in your home. He cashed our check and I never got a mold report.
My wife and I have used Mr. Rupp for two homes now. He is reliable, intelligent, detailed, and really takes away the stress. He encourages you to walk with him as he inspects the house and will explain everything to you. He was referred to us and we have referred him to others. For us, we wanted someone down to earth and detailed as buying a new home is a big purchase. You need to feel comfortable and confident and Mr. Rupp helped ensure that. Highly recommended.
Well my problem did not appear until 6 years later, but because of David Rupps neglect it is going to cost me thousands. Some people try to go after a home inspector over something that you cannot see like Mold, or a growing problem in an attic, something that you cannot see that pops up years later, and to try to do something or blame the home inspector is crazy.
