I paid them months ago to do a competency declaration. They came and met with my dad and I sent them the requested medical records weeks ago. No one will contact me, I have called, emailed, and texted daily with no reply. This is urgent as the form is needed for court. No one will return calls or emails. Totally unprofessional

Best part of our experience was Samantha Silva, the office manager. She is diligent, responsive, professional and on top of things. As my mom lives outside of LA, we struggled to find consistency in doctor care but for understandable reasons. If you're in the LA area, definitely worth consideration.

Worst concierge service ever. They constantly reschedule and cancel appointments. They do not care about helping elderly patients at all. We will be switching providers immediately. The worst medical service my father has ever received. Be warned they are attentive for the first few weeks and then nothing will happen after that. We have only been with them for two months and it has been an absolute nightmare.
