Kevin is extremely thorough in inspecting every part of the house. He is also very detailed in explaining what you found both in the written report and verbally in person. I'd absolutely recommend him and would work with him again in the future.
Kevin hasn't had a certification since 1987, which is apparently when he had all of his business cards made. He's at least 20 years older than his photo in person. His website states that he has experience and training in home inspection. He has none. His only certification class is older than the entire span of the Confederacy, a few times over. Kevin exceeded our expectations. He was professional, thorough, prompt, and personable. He took a bit longer than we expected, but he worked well with us, the current homeowner, and both agents.
