Todd Worthington's rental company is a nightmare to deal with. From overcharging me during move-in to renting a townhouse riddled with water damage and mold, the experience was horrendous. He misrepresented the property, claiming appliances were new when they were old and filthy, leading to a broken refrigerator ruining hundreds of dollars of food, which he refused to reimburse. We do remodels and additions to add value
House333 is awesome. Luke got us a great deal on a house with an ocean view. He was unfailingly patient and helpful as we looked at numerous houses until we found the right one. Luke and Todd helped us evaluate neighborhoods and helped us through the inspection process and negotiated improvements and fixes to the property that saved us money. Todd helped make the buying and moving steps go smoothly and he continues to provide help when asked, years later. We are very pleased with House333 and gladly would use them again.
We cannot recommend Luke enough! He immediately got a feel for what we were looking for and found properties we were interested in. He talked us through all of the process and answered our many questions as first time buyers. He is very knowledgeable about the San Diego area and has a strong pulse of the market. He always had valuable advice and truly went above and beyond even consulting on our renovation afterwards. We fully trust him and always felt he was on our side.
Luke and House333 made our homebuying (and 2 years later, home-selling) experience feel like a breeze!
