We recently had our roof replaced by House Transformers. We dealt with Russell as the representative. He was GREAT! Russell was professional, courteous, and friendly. He worked diligently to accommodate our needs. He helped us look into the possibility and advantages and disadvantages of trying to have the roof replaced using our hazard insurance policy. Awesome company showed up on time did a perfect job and cleaned up great we have a dog and we were worried but couldn’t have been happier. Differently would give them a 5 star rating
Would not hire again. Poor communication. I hired them to fix a roof leak in Dec, only for it to leak again 1 month later. They missed something in the initial inspection. Essentially I wasted over $800. I ended up hiring a different company. A company that actually communicates effectively, completes the project in a reasonable amount of time, and shows up. Don't hire them. Don't make my mistake. I had so many issues.
House Transformers did an amazing job repairing our roof, siding, and interior after a tree fell on our house. They responded quickly, did quality work as promised, communicated well during the project, and finished the work prior to the deadline. They were professional and did great work.
House Transformers replaced the original roof of our home with new high quality architectural shingles. We are very happy with their work, professionalism, and the lifetime warranty. Highly recommended!
