I spent 5 hours working on a spreadsheet comparing numerous realtors for selling our home. Ryan helped my husband and I buy our home. He did an amazing job of juggling both of our "wish lists" and showing us homes that met or exceeded our expectations. He was quick to respond to our requests and answer all of our questions. We really appreciated how knowledgeable he was about the communities where we were interested in buying and his understanding of the real estate market in those areas. He made buying our home an enjoyable, stress free experience.
Ryan is phenomenal to work with. He is great at what he does! He is personable and professional. He always made himself available to answer any of our questions and talk through our thoughts. We trusted his guidance and I’m so happy we did. Ryan got us out of our old house and into the home we wanted in 2 months. When we sat down with him initially, we almost didn’t believe the price and timeframe he predicted to sell our home- but Ryan delivered. I would highly recommend.
