If I could give a zero I would. Hired by our warranty company. Did not call to schedule appointment just a text tobsay he was on his way. Rude upon walking into house, only listened to my husband and talked to me like a lesser person. Said what was wrong with our dishwasher and that he would order the part. Called him and texted him about when it would be fixed, asked for travking number and order confirmation. Would only answer when warranty vompany called him. Zero communication on his part. Rude. Do not recommend?

I give them a F. Can not even give them one star. Scheduled six times to fix my refrigerator and only showed up four. Never got it fixed. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time with them.

James is fraudulent quite like the reviews below, on ****, ******, and the like. Ironically, you cannot post reviews on Facebook. And I can see why. The guy was quick to cash the service fee check but no called and no showed to his appointment. He claimed that he needed to order the parts as well even though the components were $65 a piece at ****’s. He kept claiming that he couldn’t find the parts for less than $88 a piece. This guy is a FRAUD! James young is a thief and scam artist. He was sent by home warranty of America. He cashed our check and reported our washing machine was repaired. This man gave us a sad story how he was robbed of his sheriff deputy by the ********sheriff department and that this gig with HWA was his saving grace. He’s not a good person and he needs to help accountable for being a criminal.

BEWARE!! Do NOT use this guy! He was assigned to my Home Warranty repair and it was a nightmare! He kept failing to repair, kept insisting a return visit (each visit is $75). He diagnosed to mechanical problem correctly (replace drain pump), when he returned 2 weeks later.... he didn't replace the drain pump- rather he replaced the inlet filter! He then informed me that I'd need to have the inlet hose replaced and it wasn't coverered by warranty meaning he'd have to return a 3rd time and charge me seperately. Never heard bac... read more
