A huge Thank you to Nicole. She was a huge help in the finding and purchasing of our new home. She is so friendly and polite, amazing to talk to. We spent over a year trying to find a house. We actually almost bought 2 houses, but the sellers backed out, we have had a really hard time. Finally we got in touch with Nicole and she practically took care of everything. Thank you so much for all you have done to help us, we are so excited to start this new chapter in our new home.
Lets just say being 21 I didn't know much about buying a house. Especially nothing about buying an HUD home. With that said the people at House Real Estate. Made it a breeze! They have excellent patience and hearts of a teacher. Made sure i understood everything going on and never seemed to get the slight bit frustrated repeating themselves a hundred times for me.
