Great customer service!
I wish I could give this store no stars. Purchased a knife for my knife block and when I got home I noticed it was not the correct 1 for my set, there was just a slight difference in markings on the handle. I went back to the store to exchange it and use the refund difference to purchase another product, I didn't want the $30 which was the difference in price between the 2 knives. Great for gifts and those hard to find item. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. We always look forward to there Easter and Christmas decorations as they bring in the most beautiful displays.
