Richard was fabulous! He did our home inspection on Monday during a snow storm. He didn’t let that stop him! He was extremely thorough and very detailed! He gave my fiancé all kinds of tips and tricks to help us feel comfortable with any of our concerns. He also emailed us a very detailed itemized list of everything he found. That list will be super handy when we make our repairs. We can’t thank him enough! We will highly recommend him to anyone!
This is the 4th home I have asked Richard to inspect and he is always very thorough, takes the time to explain what he sees, how to fix it , & why & when it needs to be addressed. Richard showed up on time if not a little early for my new home inspection which was great! He was very thorough and detailed in his review of the house. He took time to educate me on what to look out for in the attic space and basement.
