Everyone in the office genuinely cares for the animals and goes above and beyond to make sure they're comfortable. My baby Princess was treated like the royalty she is! I really appreciate how thorough they are with getting all the background on your pet's ailment. When I went in to pickup my cat, they had an elderly dog there with the receptionist so she wouldn't be stressed out in the kennels as she waited for her owner. I took in three stray kittens and needed my new little angles to get vaccinated and spayed/neutered. House of Paws is right up the street from my house and not only are they convenient but they are super friendly and welcoming. Everyone there helped me with all my questions of being a first time owner and any concerns I have. They even check back after the surgeries to ensure my kittens were doing okay!

I cannot say enough about how awesome everyone at House Paws is. Especially the Winchester Clinic and the Home Visit folks. They have been loving and taking care of my cats and dogs for 10 or so years. Dr. Knode is my rock when its difficult. Our four Maine Coons visited House Paws today for their well check and vaccines. Everyone was so nice and they made us feel very comfortable. What could have been scary for four teenage cats turned out to be fun. They played and made new friends. Thank you staff!
The staff is knowledgeable and very caring. They are creative in figuring out the best way to take care of my nervous greyhound. I definitely recommend them
