I took 3 kittens I rescued in to get earmite medication. The total bill was $380.00, keep in mind they had already been dewormed and vaccinated prior to go in for this visit. I had previously had a good experience with this vet, and had referred a few people as well. I have a credit for referrals that I'm going to chalk up as a loss, If your looking for reasonably priced vet care this isn't the place. The office staff did not follow through with getting us prescriptions so we can buy medicine online. It took four separate phone calls to get it done. Just seemed disorganized or just tried to get us off the phone. More importantly my dog, who always loved going to her previous vet, seemed uncomfortable there. Overall just not a pleasant experience.
RecommendedI just got home from taking our 5 yr. old dog Josie there for the first time. They actually give us an appointment for an hour after I called.. They are amazing! Chelsea came out to the car and Jo loved her from the start. They were wonderful with her. House Paws in Winchester is our new vet!

House Paws staff is wonderful, warm, and friendly. We just adopted two older cats from the SPCA an House Paws took care of them and made sure they were healthy and well. Thanks!!!
Vet is awesome explains in detail possible issues and recommendations . Her staff are outstanding and sympathetic to the pet owners emotions .
We recently started coming here and we love it ! All the staff is so pleasant and my stormy loves them all! They always take time to answer any and all of my questions and hear my concerns ! Couldn't ask for a better staff! The prices are extremely fair compared to the place we take our other doggy. He will be making the switch soon as well! Thank you all!
