Great Job, no pressure from quote. gave a huge list of references. When crew showed up they covered plants near doorway, moved patio stuff and put it back after completion of job. Never asked for anything and was very polite. I would never hesitate to use them again.

House Painting, Inc., did a fabulous job on my house. Not a drop of paint on anything than what it was supposed to be on. They did a great job. Now, my house is the best looking house on my block. I'm so happy that I'm considering hiring them again for the interior.

He came by yesterday, quickly toured the house then gave me a price for a 600 sqft house of $2200. The lowest bid I had was $1200. today I was called Back by his office, looked at the bid and the price written was $4200. The owner quickly jumped on the phone and told me I was wrong and that the price Was $4200, which I though a little high before ... but NOW HAD JUMPED TO $4200 from $2200. We are very pleased with the painting work done by House Painting Inc. We found this company on-line and decided to call for an estimate because of their good reviews. Their quote was fair and they were able to start on the date we gave them. We had the entire exterior of our house painted in addition to a detached garage, some doors and an iron gate. From the estimate through the follow-up after the job was complete, House Painting, Inc. did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home. This included stucco and wood siding, eaves, gutters, and trim on windows and 10 french doors. The crew was extremely polite and professional. Our house looks amazing, and I recommend them to everyone for your painting needs.
This is the second time we've worked with House Painting, Inc. and we love them. For both our interior and then our exterior the job was done beautifully by incredibly pleasant and skilled workers. In both cases great care was taken to protect our furnishings/landscaping. The painters were conscientious, professional and thorough. The price was fair and represented great value for money, particularly given the quality of the personnel, the job and the customer service. We couldn't be happier!
House Painting, Inc provided a list of references, a copy of their business license, insurance and BBB rating when giving a bid for exterior painting of my Eagle Rock house. They were the low bidder by a small margin, and their work was outstanding. Excellent preparation (sanding, priming, stucco repair), fast and thorough paint and trim work, and consistently excellent daily clean-up. I would recommend them and will use them soon for interior painting.
